This art was inspired by a real life person who was going thru a particularly difficult time in her life. She was struggling with disordered eating and anxiety and she was isolating herself.

Did you know that nearly 20% of people under the age of twenty-five are struggling with a mental health issue? We have to get better about helping people talk about their emotions — especially the hard ones like anger, sadness, resentment and shame.
